In the coaching sessions that last 1.5 hours, I regularly use relevant, proven and scientifically substantiated methodologies, tests and exercises. Every person is unique and has his or her own learning question. That is why I tailor the methodologies and exercises to the person and his or her learning goals. During the conversations, the coachee and I will regularly reflect on the learning objectives together. To what extent have they been achieved? Finally, we will work on embedding the new insights and skills.
I will do my utmost to help you grow personally and professionally from my expertise and integrity to achieve your learning goals. It's then up to you to put what you've learned into practice.
An important basis for being able to work on personal development and professional growth in a result-oriented way is trust between coach and coachee. The content of the conversations is therefore of a confidential nature. I only make an exception to this if there is a legal obligation or in the context of a complaints procedure.
As a certified coach, I am affiliated with i-NLP. The International Platform for Islamic Professional Coaches and follow its Code of Ethics.
I have a coaching and result-oriented style of coaching, where I ask a lot of questions to make you think about yourself and your personal development and professional growth. I alternate this with offering insights, knowledge, skills, practical tools and exercises, all tried and tested or scientifically substantiated. I use a sincere, relaxed, connecting and clear communication style with respect for my conversation partner(s).
An important starting point of a coaching program or a team development program is that I work together with the coachee or team members on the development of the learning objectives. During the sessions, they develop new insights, skills and practical tools, with which they can work independently and independently. I like to do this based on the knowledge, qualities, experience and motivation that are already present in them.
During the meetings I use relevant, proven and scientifically substantiated methodologies, tests and exercises. Every person and team is unique and has his or her own learning question. That's why I think it's important that I tailor the methodologies and exercises to the coach or the team and to the learning objectives.
In addition to my coaching training, I am also trained for mBIT International (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) – and use this method a lot in practice. In addition, I make a lot of use of other methods and exercises to provide insight and practical tools. A small selection from my Toolbox: Intercultural Communication, leadership models such as situational leadership, a conversation model to communicate assertively (connecting and effective) and various other methodologies. So I'm certified for mBraining. I adapt the methods to the person or team and the learning objectives, whereby the conversation with the coachee or the guidance of the team is of course the most important starting point.
Most coaching programs consist of 6 to 10 sessions. In between the conversations, you have the time and space to practice with the new insights, tools and skills. A conversation usually lasts 1 hour (on request, this can also be two-hour sessions).
Depending on the number of conversations, a coaching process takes between 2 months and six months. Coaching can take place in my practice room, during a walk, on location (depending on the distance) and online.
Sometimes, maintenance interviews are used after the process to stay focused on your personal development and professional growth. This is also a possibility.
In a no-obligation and free orientation meeting that lasts about 30 minutes, we get to know each other, I am curious about some more background information about what you want to develop and I explain in detail what my working method is as a coach. Together we discuss what you need to achieve your personal and professional learning goals.
You can meet in person at your location, in my practice room, via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or via a telephone consultation.
