Code of Conduct

The code of conduct below is endorsed by Green Muslims for Industry Partner Program policy. Green Muslims ensures that the code of conduct is observed by all members and parties/partners involved.We test based on the guidelines we have drawn up within our code of conduct for member partners. For each part of our guidelines, we indicate on this page how you can or must comply and how you can contribute. We also have our terms and conditions below.


Guidelines

Conditions for our code of conduct:






  • Know who you are doing business with

    As a partner and member of Green Muslims, you always state your name, address, email, telephone number and Chamber of Commerce where you are registered in brochures, on the internet. You ensure that you are also available for the customer and partners outside office hours. For activities abroad, you always clearly indicate under whose responsibility the activity takes place and you ensure fair trade.


    Services and products according to the rules.


    With regard to services and products, you strictly adhere to the rules of the Advertising Code, offers and services and follow the rulings of the Advertising Code Committee. You also work in accordance with the rules of ACM NL for offering services and products.

  • You are well insured.

    You have liability insurance that meets the national minimum requirements.


  • Independent Dispute Resolution

    You try to prevent complaints. In the event of a complaint, you ensure correct and timely complaint handling. In the event of a dispute, the customer can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee. You will strictly follow the decisions of the Disputes Committee.


  • Working with a contract.

    After the partner, customer has agreed to the service or product, he/she will receive a contract from you. This contract should contain some important things.


    The content of the contract:

    • Date
    • All information regarding the service or product
    • Period
    • The price if the service or product has one The partner's name
    • Stamp and signatures of organization and partner, customer.
  • Expert employees and partners.

    For the proper performance of your services, you ensure that your employees become, are and remain professionally competent. And choose your partners carefully.

  • Sustainable & SDGs oriented.

    You follow the Green-Muslims guidelines to perform your services in a sustainable manner. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can help you. They are seventeen goals to make the world a better place in 2030.


    • SDG3: Good Health and Well-being, Paying attention to well-being can improve the health of our Muslim community (Ummah).
    • SDG4: Quality education, Adequate education is important for people of all ages and at all stages of life. #EduChance
    • SDG8: Fair work/trade and economic growth, Economic growth is only sustainable if capital, labor and raw materials are used responsibly.

    • SDG16: Peace, justice and strong public services, Experiencing insecurity can have a major impact on personal life and has an effect on prosperity.
    • SDG17: Partnership to achieve goals, Achieving the goals requires coherent policies, a cooperative environment and the creation of new partnerships.
  • Diversity & Inclusion

    The aim is that our partners and members represent the broad diversity of Dutch society. A basic requirement is that all partners and parties involved are equally accessible to everyone: man, woman, believer, unbeliever, etc. Everyone contributes in their own way. Everyone is valued for who he or she is, is respected and heard and feels at home. #DivInCode


  • Accessibility

    Make sure your building, office is accessible for wheelchair users, deaf, hard of hearing and visually impaired Muslims. But also that your website is digitally accessible for the deaf, hard of hearing and low literate people. #AccessTo


  • Clear privacy and cookie policy

    You protect the privacy of your partner and your customer. You inform your partner and your customer and website visitors about the way in which you handle their personal data via a privacy and cookie policy. You only pass on customer data if this is important for the correct performance of your services or services of your partner engaged by you. As a customer and customer, he/she has the right to inspect the data collected by you from him/her. The partner and customer also have the right to change and delete this data.
